The company’s main business is farming. The company owns 100 hectares of land where crop and livestock production are done. The company has cattle, goats and sheep which are being bred for seedstock production, and some are stall fed for sale. The main crop currently is maize. The company has also installed some basic irrigation equipment to increase production of crops. The company wishes to diversify, as part of enjoying synergies, into maize flour production as value addition to the main crop. The company acquired a 20 ton per day machinery from China and is in the process of finalizing factory buildings which will house the equipment, storage and outlets for sales of the products.
