Salmos Farms produces and markets broiler chickens, eggs, dairy milk, and organic vegetables, with planned expansion into local chickens, goats, and compost production from 2026. The enterprise is built on a strong value proposition of “producing food we trust and love to eat ourselves”, emphasizing larger-than-average, tastier broiler chickens (1.6–1.7 kg dressed weight), fresh yellow-yolk eggs, and chemical-free vegetables.
