Jicho la Mtafiti Foundation is a non-governmental organisation, focused on empowering Tanzanian youth through leadership training, entrepreneurship, social research and national behavioural change. We believe that youth are not just the workforce of the nation, but the engine of sustainable change. We aim to build a community with sound minds, the ability to innovate and provide solutions to current and future challenges.
