Craving 4 Development (C4D) is a non-governmental organization based in Sierra Leone, committed to advancing sustainable development, social justice, and inclusive economic empowerment. Founded on the belief that local communities are central to transformational change, C4D works to address systemic challenges affecting vulnerable and marginalized populations, particularly returnees, youth, women, and informal entrepreneurs.
