ETF is committed to building a just and equitable Nigeria by combining grassroots empowerment with high-level policy advocacy. We focus on transforming the lives of young adults and women through targeted interventions in education, health, and economic empowerment. By advocating for inclusive policies and programs, we address systemic barriers while also equipping individuals with the tools they need to thrive. Our work spans community-based trainings, health and nutrition education, skills development, and access to economic opportunities. We believe that sustainable change must be both people-driven and policy-informed. This holistic approach allows us to empower citizens while also shaping the systems that affect their lives.
