The business idea came up as a result of creativity and innovation. As a potential food Engineer and innovation, I observed the environment carefully which enable me to come up with this idea to produce fufu flour from cassava. The prevailing problem intending to solve is food crisis in the State, particularly in my area. The business is likely to face the problem is preservation method and method of processing, which can not stay for a longer period and take a longer time to process with most of post harvest lost.
