Spring- Foods leverages on technology and innovation to process agricultural produce for both domestic and export market. Our specialty lies in processing tubers specifically yam and cocoyam into frozen yam chips, yam and cocoyam slices (Ampesi). Furthermore, we process Ghanaian vegetables into frozen convenient products popularly known as Pick ‘n’ Cook Cuisines Packs. These packs come in different varieties and sizes, are healthy, convenient and affordable for families. Our products are freshly picked and carefully selected when they are at their peak. We freeze them at the coldest temperatures so they are fresh-frozen to retain texture, nutrients and authentic African taste.
