Diners Group Ltd (DGL) was established in 2013 and incorporated under Ugandan law in February 2014. The company carries out 4 main economic activities: processing rice from paddy, trading paddy and milled rice, providing agricultural extension services to rice farmers, and distribution of rice and other food products to customers.
