About Company

Our project focuses on creating value-added products from pineapple, cereals, tomatoes, and pineapple peels to address multiple issues. Firstly, we produce pineapple wine to enhance the local fruit market while reducing homemade alcohol production and post harvest losses of pineapple. Secondly, we do enriched cereal flour with egg powder to combat malnutrition and promote food security. Additionally, we have developed tomato powder to minimize post-harvest losses and extend the shelf life of tomatoes. Finally, we produce eco-friendly laundry detergent from pineapple peels, reducing waste and promoting sustainability. These solutions tackle food waste, health issues, Job creation and environmental concerns.
