Greencollar Farmers is a social agribusiness focused on empowering rural smallholder farmers with climate-resilient seedlings, sustainable farming skills, and financial literacy. Our goal is to increase productivity, improve livelihoods, and enhance food security through climate-smart practices like composting, crop diversification, and water conservation. We also prioritize youth empowerment, offering employment and mentorship to transform agriculture into a profitable and sustainable career. So far, we’ve distributed 50,000+ seedlings, trained 1,000+ farmers, and employed 50+ youth. Our vision is to reach 10 million farmers, offering a complete farming solution—from production to value addition and direct market access—to create a food-secure, climate-resilient, and economically empowered future for rural communities.
