Caleb Ombima Odero is a dynamic and results-driven professional with a diverse background spanning education, agribusiness, and entrepreneurship. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Laikipia University, along with additional qualifications, including a Diploma in Agribusiness from the African Management Institute and a Diploma in Dairy Technology from the Dairy Training Institute. This multidisciplinary academic foundation reflects his strong commitment to continuous learning and innovation.

With over five years of entrepreneurial experience, Caleb is the founder and proprietor of The WhiteSpring Cortege Industry, a growing enterprise that has since transitioned into a limited company. His work in the dairy sector has honed his technical expertise in dairy production and processing while also equipping him with practical business management skills. Through his leadership, the company has made significant contributions to local economic development and job creation.

Caleb is equally passionate about youth empowerment and mentorship. He has served in various guidance and leadership roles, particularly through national youth development programs such as Enable Youth–Kenya, where he has collaborated with both governmental and community-based initiatives.

Currently pursuing a master’s degree in business management at the University of Nairobi, Caleb is keen to leverage his rich blend of technical, educational, and entrepreneurial experience to drive impact across sectors. He remains committed to creating value through innovation, leadership, and socially responsible business practices.
