Together with our Team and Board of Directors, the African Food Changemakers Ambassadors are determined to contribute to our mission of driving profitable and sustainable growth of the African agriculture and food landscapes by attracting, empowering, equipping, connecting and celebrating over 1 Million dynamic and innovative young African agri-food entrepreneurs. across the continent for the transformation of Africa’s agricultural landscape.

Drissa Tessougue

Founder and CEO of TESS Agri-Services

Coming from a farming family and passionate about agriculture, Drissa is the country representative of YPARD in Mali (Young Professionals for Agriculture Development), a researcher at the Food Technologies Laboratory of Mali (LTA), and the founder and CEO of TESS-AGRI-SERVICES. He served as the West African Regional Representative of AAIN (African Agribusiness Incubators Network).

Drissa holds a master’s degree in food security and nutrition and a master’s in geography, environment, and development. He also has a certificate in agroeconomics and project management.

Drissa is a coach-trainer. He has trained and coached many young entrepreneurs in Mali, Senegal, Niger, Guinea Conakry, and Ivory Coast on food processing technologies, agroecology and biological agriculture, agricultural entrepreneurship, business plan elaboration, capacity building, and skills development.
