Juliet Aigbe, fondly known as Chef Juls, is an accomplished entrepreneur, baker, reformer, and expert on African grains, whose journey is as inspiring as the flavors she creates. Her story is a remarkable fusion of culinary artistry and a deep-rooted passion for sustainable agriculture, shaped by her early experiences growing up in a family of farmers.
Juliet has reimagined these traditional cereal crops for contemporary use, creating innovative recipes that showcase their versatility and health benefits.
