Role Purpose
The Human Resources Officer is responsible for supporting the effective management of the organisation’s people by implementing HR policies, managing employee lifecycle processes, ensuring compliance with labour laws and donor requirements, and fostering a positive, values-driven work environment aligned with the organisation’s mission.
