Questions relating to hygiene in urban agglomerations, the salubrity of housing, foodstuffs, and their handlers, establishments of foodstuffs and equipment, the treatment of household waste are addressed in this law which includes 4 titles, namely: public hygiene rules (I); hygiene procedure and police (II); penalties (III) and various provisions (IV). Article 167 repeals all previous contrary provisions.
