Furthermore, we process Ghanaian vegetables into frozen convenient products popularly known as Pick ‘n’ Cook Cuisines Packs. These packs come in different varieties and sizes, are healthy, convenient and affordable for families. Our products are freshly picked and carefully selected when they are at their peak. We freeze them at the coldest temperatures so they are fresh-frozen to retain texture, nutrients and authentic African taste.
