Our team consist of a diverse group of individuals who are trained in all aspects of agriculture ( crop, livestock and aquaculture production as well as farm management and climate smart agriculture) . MIZERA also promotes and believes in gender inclusiveness, youth engagement, technology and mechanization adoption among the small-scale farmers. MIZERA’s additional goal is to ensure effective utilization of the available farm resources (land, labour, time and the environment) in a SMART manner so as to achieve quality and sustainable yields.
