Awana Foods tackles these challenges by sourcing surplus and perishable produce directly from farmers and transforming it into nutritious, shelf-stable products such as dried fruits, vegetable powders, and healthy snacks. This approach not only extends the shelf life of fresh produce but also opens up new markets for rural farmers.
