Chef Hadiza Idris Suleiman is an exceptionally versatile and creative entrepreneur, a nationally certified food business owner, and a passionate advocate for entrepreneurship and women’s empowerment. With over 10 years of dynamic experience in the food industry, entrepreneurship, and business development support, she has built a remarkable career centered on strategic communication, value creation, critical thinking, innovation, and problem-solving. 

She has a proven track record in business innovation, brand development, market expansion, stakeholder engagement, team building, and leadership development. Through her organization, Chefs Dexterity Food Forum and Chefs Dexterity Culinary Art College, she has trained and empowered over 10,000 entrepreneurs and food business owners with practical skills in networking, communication, culinary techniques, food presentation, food business management, marketing strategies, professional chef training, culinary internships, food safety, food hygiene, and digital tools essential for excelling in the modern food industry. 

As a business development consultant, Chef Hadiza has worked on several impactful projects, collaborating with youth groups to strengthen leadership skills and supporting hundreds of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in establishing sustainable businesses, expanding their markets, and improving access to finance. 

As a professional chef, she serves as the Executive Head Chef at Deejerh Food Delicacies, overseeing restaurant operations and delivering exceptional catering services. She also organizes events, trade fairs, and empowerment programs, particularly for women, through the Khadija Women Empowerment Foundation. 

Chef Hadiza holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry from Bayero University Kano, a Master’s degree in Public Health Nutrition and Policy, and a Professional Chef Diploma from a recognized culinary academy. Her passion lies at the intersection of food, education, entrepreneurship, and social impact.
