Founder and CEO, Rutuba Agritech

Kakule Sawasawa Ezechiel is an agricultural entrepreneur and the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Rutuba Agritech in the Democratic Republic of Congo. As an African Food Changemakers (AFC) Agrifood Narrative Ambassador, he is dedicated to amplifying stories that showcase the innovation, resilience, and impact of Africa's agri-food sector, with a particular focus on the coffee value chain.

Passionate about sustainable agriculture, he champions the promotion of Congolese coffee, value chain development, and inclusive agricultural growth. His work advances innovation while empowering youth and women to participate meaningfully in agribusiness. Through his leadership, Kakule contributes to strengthening rural livelihoods, improving food security, and positioning Congolese coffee as a driver of economic growth and global recognition.
