Mao Kpoghomou is the Founder of Yomou Vision, a Guinean enterprise dedicated to driving sustainable agricultural development, entrepreneurship, and rural economic transformation. With a bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, she combines expertise in financial management, business administration, and entrepreneurship to develop innovative agribusiness solutions that create lasting social and economic impact. Before founding Yomou Vision, Mao built valuable experience in accounting and public finance, strengthening her skills in financial reporting, budget management, and organizational administration.

Through Yomou Vision, Mao leads initiatives that promote sustainable market gardening, with a particular focus on chili pepper production, while championing responsible natural resource management and community-driven development. Her work is centered on improving food security, creating economic opportunities for rural communities, and supporting resilient agricultural value chains. Guided by a vision of agricultural transformation and food self-sufficiency, she is committed to empowering farmers, fostering innovation, and advancing inclusive agribusiness growth across Guinea and the wider African continent.
