CEO, The Farmer's Daughter

Tjedza Peba is the Founder and CEO of The Farmer's Daughter, a leading food production farm in Botswana's Southern District. With over a decade of experience spanning governance, human capital, business development, and organizational strategy, she combines professional expertise with a deep passion for agriculture to drive sustainable agribusiness growth.

A Tony Elumelu Foundation Entrepreneur (2018) and holder of a master’s degree in industrial psychology, Tjedza serves on several boards and is recognized for her leadership in governance, talent development, and organizational transformation. For the past six years, she has championed horticulture, equipping aspiring and established agripreneurs with practical knowledge to build profitable agricultural enterprises, regardless of scale.

As an African Food Changemakers ambassador, Tjedza is committed to empowering agribusinesses, advancing agricultural innovation, and fostering a more resilient and inclusive African food system.
