We are a women led agribusiness firm in value addition. Our company purchases tomatoes for smallholder women farmers and processes it into Home Joy tomato jam. In Malawi farmers face devastating financial loss due to post harvest losses they experience as a result of the perishability nature of tomatoes. We saw this opportunity to turn this agricultural waste into economic wealth by creating a more valuable product to meet urban demands at the same time uplifting and empowering women in our value chain.
