Vet Konect is a comprehensive digital animal health company that is leveraging technology to provide access to comprehensive animal care coverage and social protection for animal owners across Africa. Our service enables direct connection of livestock farmers to animal health professionals close to them, veterinary clinics, and vendors of livestock products with input financing support while availing smart-driven and artificial intelligence-powered feed calculators and disease predictors for livestock farmers to drive productivity. Our early learning and warning system provides targeted notifications on disease outbreaks, veterinary advisory and market access. Our solution is driven through smartphone-enabled and non-smartphone-enabled technology. Through this, Vet Konect has onboarded over 3,000 animal health professionals across 8 African countries and served over 150,000 animal owners since launching. Our goal is to connect 5 million Africans to animal care coverage by 2030 regardless of the barriers of distance.
